What is the best way to Burn The Fat?
That was the question that I had when I started on my Fat loss journey.
I knew that there is a lot of information out there in hundreds of books, web sites, diet plans, exercise programs etc and most of it contradicts itself.
It is very easy to become hopelessly confused and lost by it all.
So I decided to do my research and find a role model that I could emulate. I wanted to find someone who had not only been able to burn the fat off their own body, but had produced the result in many others as well.
The one thing I knew was that Body Builders have fat burn down to a science. Now … I don’t want to be a body builder necessarily, but I thought that maybe I could learn something from them and apply it to my life to produce some results.
The name that kept coming up in my research was Tom Venuto, author of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.
I have now read Tom’s book several times and it has not only changed my life, but in many repects possibly saved my life as I was at a point where I thought I was about to die from a heart attack several times.
